▸ Designed and built a VOC compliance data pipeline replacing a manual Excel/macro workflow — engineered a relational data model with automated ETL via Power Query, dependent validation dropdowns, automated zip-code-to-air-district lookups, and dynamic restricted org list generation. Reduced a multi-hour manual process to a single query refresh.
